With over 15 years of experience in the food & beverage industry, Executive Chef Rohan Malwankar brings with him immense culinary experience and finesse, as well as a plethora of Indian Specialty recipes over his long tenure in the hospitality industry.

With a passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations, and proven leadership experience, Rafi is responsible for the efficient running of the Food & Beverage outlets in line with Marriott International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, providing both employee and guest satisfaction.

Arjun is responsible for managing and organizing daily restaurant operations and providing a high quality experience to customers. With more than 8 years of experience in restaurant operations, Arjun strives to provide excellent customer service in order for guests to have the best experience.
